04 — Check-in protocol
The document set is listed before booking, so you know exactly what you will sign and receive. All times are Kyiv time, and the host meets you at the address on the agreement.
You send dates and headcount. We confirm the apartment and quote the rate, cleaning fee and refundable deposit in UAH before anything is signed.
Draft rental agreement, inventory list, house rules and the check-in memo arrive by email, so you read the accommodation conditions in advance.
Invoice is paid by card or bank transfer. The refundable deposit is held separately and returned after the acceptance act is signed at departure.
You receive the exact meeting time, the host phone number and the entrance instructions for the building.
The host meets you in the lobby, walks the apartment with you, and both sides sign the inventory and condition act. Check-in runs 14:00 to 21:00.
Section 05 / Pricing and terms
Every apartment at ecomvbright.com uses the same fee structure: one nightly rate, one cleaning fee, one refundable deposit. Figures are in UAH and are repeated in the rental agreement you sign at check-in.

06 / FAQ
What you sign at check-in, what we ask you to show, and how far the workspace internet and backup power actually reach.
Before the keys change hands you sign a short-term rental agreement and an apartment handover act that lists the inventory and the meter readings. You keep a signed copy of both, the payment receipt and the house rules. The five timed steps are published in the check-in protocol.
The lead guest presents a passport or national ID. We also need the names of everyone staying so the building access list is correct. Copies are stored only as long as the booking and the accounting period require, as described in the privacy policy.
Three nights minimum, ninety nights maximum on a single agreement. Extensions are confirmed 48 hours before departure and depend on the apartment being free; the rate, cleaning fee and refundable deposit in UAH stay as stated in the pricing terms.
Each apartment has a fixed-line connection with an ethernet point and two sockets at desk level, plus Wi-Fi. The workspace specification shows the provider and the last measured speed with its measurement date. That figure is indicative; we do not guarantee a minimum speed.
Backup power covers the router and one lamp socket, so calls and email keep working during an outage. It does not cover lifts, heating or hot water, which follow the building supply. We say this before booking rather than after.
