Name, email, phone, booking dates, guests, requests, messages, payment status only (no card numbers), and technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers.

3. Why we use it

To answer enquiries, manage bookings, meet accounting duties, prevent fraud and improve the site, on the basis of your consent and the accommodation contract — Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 23.04.2024 № 3624-IX.

4. Sharing and storage

Shared only with contracted processors (hosting, payments, booking platform, email) and authorities where law requires; never sold. Kept no longer than needed, then deleted.

5. Cookies

Cookies and device storage are used only after clear notice and, where required, consent — Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. Consent can be withdrawn in your browser.

7. Bookings, complaints, refunds

8. Stay terms, advertising, language

Check-in times, house rules and cancellation conditions are published before booking — Закон України "Про туризм" від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР. Advertising is identifiable, truthful and not misleading — Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Ukrainian-language consumer information is available — Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної" від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII.
