Booking and Rental Terms

1. Accommodation provider

ecomvbright.com is operated by PE ecomvbright.com, EDRPOU registration code 95168340, registered at 5 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Email: contact@ecomvbright.com. Phone: +380 638 618 1460. Managing Director: Elena Petersen. Details are disclosed before a booking is accepted under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII and Закон України "Про державну реєстрацію юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань" від 15.05.2003 № 755-IV.

2. Short-term rental, not a hotel

The property is offered as short-term accommodation for temporary residence. It is not a hotel and is not subject to hotel categorisation; no hotel-star rating or hotel licence is claimed. Stay conditions are set out below, as required by Закон України "Про туризм" від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР.

3. Booking and minimum stay

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation by email and, where required, payment of the deposit. Minimum stay is two nights; longer minimums may apply on public holidays and are shown before payment.

4. Total price, fees and taxes

The price shown at checkout is the total payable amount for the stay, in Ukrainian hryvnia, and includes all mandatory fees and taxes. Any optional extra is stated separately before payment. No charges are added after confirmation. Prices, availability, location and conditions are presented truthfully under Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

5. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. Its amount is shown before payment and it is returned within 7 days of check-out, less any documented damage or unpaid charges.

6. Check-in, check-out and house rules

• Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00.
• Guests must present valid ID at check-in.
• Only the declared number of guests may stay overnight.
• No smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
• Pets only by prior written agreement.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. To cancel, email contact@ecomvbright.com or call +380 638 618 1460.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@ecomvbright.com; we reply within 10 business days. Rights and remedies are governed by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

9. Personal data and cookies

Booking data is processed with your consent and for performance of the contract under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 23.04.2024 № 3624-IX. Device storage is used only after notice and consent under Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.

10. Language of consumer information

Consumer information is available in Ukrainian on request via contact@ecomvbright.com, as required by Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної" від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII.
